Return policy


We are happy to offer a exchange or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 14 days of your order date if the cause:

  • Change of mind

If you changed your mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. 

  • Incorrect item/damaged on arrival

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered or damaged on arrival please contact us at adelinebeauty.aus@gmail.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged products (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two to seven business days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.

Shipping charges can not be refunded.
